1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive a confirmation call/message before shipment (for COD orders)

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery time may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • May vary depending on location and order size

👉 Example (you can adjust):

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide
  • Customers must ensure availability to receive the parcel
  • Courier may contact you before delivery

6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email (if available)
  • You can also contact us for updates

7. Delivery Conditions

  • Customers must provide accurate name, address, and phone number
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply

8. Failed Delivery

Orders may be cancelled if:

  • Customer is unreachable
  • Delivery is refused
  • Incorrect address provided

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos
  • We will arrange replacement or refund as per policy

10. International Shipping

Currently, ARJEX does not offer international shipping.
