1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Used, damaged, or altered products by the customer
3. Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective or damaged products
👉 Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via phone or email
- Provide:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return (with photo if damaged)
- Our team will confirm and guide you through the process
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days
- Refund method:
- Mobile Banking / Bank Transfer
- Original payment method (if applicable)
6. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is defective or damaged
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos
- We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
